Terms Of Payment

*Our Homes can be paid for in the Cedi Equivalent of the above indicated Prices.

For the completed home, 100% payment is required.

For already roofed homes, down payment of 80% of the value of the house is required and final 20% at completion. (You can also buy it outright at this stage.)

For starter houses, down payment of 40% of the value of the house is required at start, 40% at lintel level and 20% at completion.

After 100% payment, document processing will commence and the keys would be finally handed over to the owner.
